By purchasing or using services provided by ExoticNodes ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
ExoticNodes is currently operated as a personal project based in South Africa. We reserve the right to transition into a registered business entity at any time. These Terms apply to all customers globally, including customers located within the European Union.
ExoticNodes currently provides:
We reserve the right to expand or modify services at any time.
You must be at least 13 years old to use our services. By purchasing services, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and have legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
We currently accept PayPal and Stripe. Additional payment methods (including cryptocurrency) may be added in the future.
All services are billed on a recurring basis unless otherwise stated. Failure to pay invoices on time may result in service suspension, termination, or data deletion.
All payments are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds for early cancellations, unused time, suspended services, or terminated services.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first will result in immediate service suspension, permanent account termination, and permanent blacklist from future purchases. We reserve the right to pursue recovery of disputed funds and associated fees.
You agree not to use ExoticNodes services for:
We allow Minecraft proxy setups (e.g., BungeeCord, Velocity), file hosting related to your service, and cracked/offline-mode Minecraft servers. We reserve the right to determine what constitutes abuse at our sole discretion.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services without prior notice for abuse or misuse, violation of these Terms, chargebacks, fraudulent activity, non-payment, or actions that threaten network stability. No refunds will be provided for suspended or terminated services.
Services are subject to reasonable resource usage. We may limit or suspend services that excessively use CPU, harm node performance, or affect other customers.
ExoticNodes does not guarantee backups. You are solely responsible for maintaining your own backups. We are not liable for data loss due to hardware failure, network failure, suspension, termination, or accidental deletion.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, outages, attacks, or unforeseen issues may occur. We are not liable for downtime-related damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ExoticNodes shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the current billing period.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of South Africa. For customers in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your country of residence may also apply.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
